This is a hard question for me to answer because I also don’t eat soy or gluten. But when I first went vegetarian, I missed stuff too …. so I ate a lot of veggie burgers/veggie-alternative products. Almost every grocery store/super-market seems to have a “vegetarian” section with mock-meat alternatives if you’re willing to spend the $$. Tofu is always an awesome alternative for meat because you can cook it so many ways. However, tofu is loaded with soy and other alternatives are loaded with gluten so I can’t really recommend anything in particular.
